A Real Lifesaver I Would Have Never Imagined

Jeanette was introduced by one of my Singaporean friends. She has always been helpful before or after I signed up for the policies, and even after I cancelled the policies because of my decision to leave Singapore, she is still around to help me with the difficulties I have with claims. Nowadays, my life is busy so is she, but she is always responsive, not the one who does not keep in contact regularly after we sign up for insurance policies. She would do her best to suit my insurance needs, and never sign me up without good reason and explanation of policies. So where shall I start?! Knowing Jeanette for almost 20 years now (also revealing my age!) - from being a friend, to becoming my financial agent and to handle all my insurance claims and relating questions whenever I needed her, she’s always there for me. Jeanette showed up in my life in like a damsel in distress when my previous agent migrated without a warning in 2009. Once bitten twice shy and i started out being skeptical not knowing whether I will get "abandoned" again. Jeanette's sincere and down to earth character soon alleviated my unnecessary worries. Jeanette is a sincere and trustworthy friend plus advisor. You can depend on her to lend a listening ear and to give advise. Most FA would want sales at the end of a meet up, but not her. Who says only insurance agents disappear after policy is bought? I am a client who likes to disappear after buying insurance. Hello Everyone, Jeanette and I have gone way back, known her for a good 6 to 7 years already. When I first met with Jeanette, I was fresh out of National Service. Jeanette change my perspective when it comes to insurance agent. Most of them will just disappear on you after you have sign a policy with them. The first time I met Jeanette, she has just started her career with AIA. She took over my account from previous Agent who disappeared without a word. My encounters with some other agents making me feeling rather skeptical about Insurance Agents. Most of them are just trying to sell the product and disappear, you never hear again from them! I am glad that I met Jeanette. Her dedication for work tells how reliable she is and how much she loves her job. She never pushes for any products that I do not need and even advised me what to do with some existing plans that I bought from another Agent. I remember, I had once an accidental injury and despite being on her maternity leaves, she helped me out with the claim, etc. You do not get to meet such a good, responsible Agent every day!
